The petitioners/original defendants are challenging judgment and order passed by the Appellate Court directing parties to maintain status quo during pendency of Regular Civil Suit No.132 of 2015. Said order is in force since 22 April 2016. 2.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made by the Appellate Court.

Hearing of suit is expedited.
