Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.237 of 2025 registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Dist. Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 333, 119(1), 351(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (for Short "BNS"). 2.
It is prosecution's case that on 23rd April 2025, the applicant outraged the modesty of the first informant on the ground of keeping status on mobile.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that while on interim relief, the applicant has co-operated in the investigation. Investigation is almost completed. The offence was registered against Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
2025.10.10 20:22:46 +0530 SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR the applicant on the ground that the applicant is the friend of son of
first informant and due to quarrel between them, false complaint is filed against him. As the applicant has co-operated in the investigation, his custodial interrogation is not required and requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that applicant has outraged the modesty of first informant and snatched golden mangalsutra from her neck. The applicant has two antecedents. Considering the allegations against applicant, his custodial interrogation is required and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the learned counsels, perused the FIR and documents placed on record. While on interim relief, the applicant has co-operated in the investigation. Investigation is almost completed. The allegations against the applicant are that he has outraged the modesty of first informant and snatched the mangalsutra from her neck. As the applicant has cooperated in the investigation while on interim relief, his custodial interrogation is not required. Hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) Application is allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in Crime No.237 of 2025 registered with Tembhurni Police
Station, Dist. Solapur, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall not enter in jurisdiction of Tembhurni Police Station till framing of charge except attending the Court dates.
(iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.

It is made clear that the above observations are made only for the purpose of granting anticipatory bail and the Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. 8.
