At the outset, the Learned APP points out that in this case charges are already framed against the petitioner in the year 2022. In this view of the matter, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions, does not press this petition. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the order of framing of charges through proper legal proceedings. Permission is granted. Petition is disposed as not pressed.
