On 18th July, 2018, the Head Master of Shree Sangameshwar Vidyalay, Talulaka Karmala, District Solapur has been informed that the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher in the pay scale of 9300-34800 Grade Pay 4300 is approved, albeit on some terms and conditions. He will be granted the period pay scales with effect from 1st June, 2018. SRP 1/2

(927)ASWP11104.13.doc Let all the arrears from that day be made admissible and payable to the petitioner and for that purpose if a grant is to be released, the State and the Education Officer will ensure that the grant is released timely.

We direct that the arrears be cleared as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, before 31st May, 2019. The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 18th July, 2018, copy of which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
