The petitioners/original defendants are challenging judgment and order passed by the Courts below allowing plaintiffs' application for temporary injunction. It appears that the temporary injunction is in force against the petitioners since 15 October 2016. 2.

Hence, by keeping all contentions raised in the both the writ petitions open to be agitated by the petitioners before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, both the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
