This application is moved seeking permission to go to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a period of one week from 11.10.2018 to 15.10.2018. It is informed by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant will be returning on 16.10.2018. Our attention is drawn to the earlier orders of this Court dated 16.12.2014, 10.2.2017, 17.11.2016, 15.12.2016, 10.2.2017 and 11.1.2018, by which the Court had granted permission to travel abroad. On query to the learned Prosecutor about the applicant's return, the learned Prosecutor confirmed that the applicant/accused has returned on time and has complied with all the previous orders and reported to the concerned police station. 3.

In view of this history and the previous orders, this application is allowed. The applicant/accused is permitted to travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 11.10.2018 to 16.10.2018 on the condition that applicant shall furnish his itinerary details at the concerned police station. The applicant shall also furnish the contact numbers where the applicant can be contacted at Dubai, if need so arises. The applicant shall not travel to any other country except United Arab Emirates. In addition thereto, the applicant on his return, shall submit a praecipe to this Court intimating about his return from Dubai.
