Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to amend. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out in terms of the Draft Amendment and further amendments, if any, be carried out in view of letter dated 7th November, 2025 within a period of one week from today. After amendment, reply to be filed within two weeks. 2.

Learned A.G.P has placed on record a compilation which also contains interim order dated 30th October, 2025 passed by Vacation Court (Principal Seat) in Baramati Agro Limited versus State of Maharashtra through It's Commissioner in Writ Petition No.14862 of 2025. 3.

It is submitted by the learned A.G.P that accordingly the Commissioner has by communication dated 7th November, 2025 which is enclosed to the compilation directed that all Sakhar Karkhanas' should deposit 50% of the amount so that necessary licences can be issued. Communication dated 7th

November, 2025 is obviously in terms of the order passed by this Court. The petitioners to deposit the amount due and payable qua Flood Relief Fund in terms of the communication within a period of three days from today. 4.

Either petitioner or respondent-State shall make an appropriate application within a period of one week from today to Registry for transfer of present petitions to the Principal Seat for clubbing the present petition with Writ Petition No.14862 of 2025 which is pending before the Principal Seat.
