This Petition was instituted to seek appropriate writ to the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the validity of the caste certificate issued to the Petitioner expeditiously. 3.

After this Petition was instituted, the Caste Scrutiny Committee, by order dated 20 September 2024 has decided on the issue of validity of the caste certificate. The Caste Scrutiny Committee has invalidated the caste certificate. This order is Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

Accordingly, the relief in this Petition stands worked out and the reliefs in this Petition are rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the Writ Petition No. 13669 of 2024.
