This is an application for cancellation of pre­arrest bail granted to the respondent vide order dated 21/03/2016 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in C.R.No.922/2016 registered at Satara Police Station for offences punishable under sections 376(2), 313, 493, 496, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Nilima Sarvagod, learned counsel for the applicant concedes that the charge sheet has been filed and the respondent has been granted regular bail.

In the light of above, this application has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
