This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24th March 2022 for grant of compassionate appointment as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

So far as relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to take recourse under the Right to Information Act, 2005. It is also open for the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, which shall be considered on its own merits. If there are any deiciencies in the representation, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to given an opportunity to the petitioner to cure the same.

Though Mr. Killedar appears for respondent No.1, we request Mr. Killedar to inform respondent Nos.2 and 3 of passing this order. 5.
