Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the Petitioner, makes a statement that, by Resolution No.2361 dated 7th November 2015 passed in the General Body Meeting held on 7th November 2015 by Kurduwadi Municipal Council, approval to the appointment of the Petitioner has been granted. He placed on record copy of the said resolution, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above, Mr. Sawant states that the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives and having taken instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the court, he seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such.
