This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.3 - the Education Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the proposal dated 7th August 2025 for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher with the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 from the date of appointment, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
