The petition seeks a limited direction to Respondent to dispose off the application for condonation for delay along with Maharashtra P.A. Appeal No.159 of 2025, pending on the file of the Respondent. The appeal arises out of the order dated 4th August, 2025 in externment proceedings No.37/2025-2012 by which the Petitioner has been prohibited from entering the Solapur City, remaining in Solapur District and Osmanabad District for a period of two years. The appeal has been filed on 12th August, 2025.
