Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out by tomorrow. 2.

By these petitions, the petitioners are seeking writ of mandamus against the respondents to consider the proposal described in prayer clause (a) of the petition submitted by the Management for giving permanent appointment to the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that all the proposals described in the Petitions are pending. Statement is accepted.

We direct the respondent No. 2 to consider the proposals described in prayer clause (a) of the Petitions, if the same is pending within six weeks from today.

The order that would be passed shall be communicated to the Petitioners within one week from date of

passing of the order.

If the proposals are adverse against the petitioners, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners for a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order.

7.

If the order that would be passed is in favour of the petitioners, then the Education Officer shall provide the consequential benefits including the payment due to the Petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of grant of approval.

8.

The Writ Petitions are disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

9.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.

10.

No order as to costs.
