Perused the letter dated 18.09.2024 addressed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, JMFC, Gargoti, Tahasil - Bhudargad, District - Kolhapur, has sought extension of time of six months for the disposal of R.C.S. No. 22 of 2017.

For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 18.09.2024, time is extended by a period of six months from today for deciding R.C.S. No. 22 of 2017.
