The petition arises out of rejection of temporary injunction application restraining the respondent's from floating the tender. The impugned order is dated 15th September 2018. 2.

Mr. Deolekar, learned AGP representing the respondent states that the tender which was the subject matter of the petition, has been floated and the work order has been issued. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, the petition is rendered infructuous. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
