In this view of the matter, as the committee has been established, the present petitioners can approach the said committee in terms of the aforesaid order. The application made by the petitioners shall be processed in light of the directions issued by this Court in Jayashree Shivaji Jakate & Ors. (supra) as expeditiously as possible.
