This petition challenge the norms prescribed by Government Notification dated 18 November 2021 for grant of students, who have pursued their medical studies in foreign countries.

The Petitioner is not one of those students, who would be governed by this policy under 18 November 2021. For want of any locus of the Petitioner to challenge the policy, the writ petition is dismissed.
