At the outset, Ms. Agarwal, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Order dated 22nd March 2024 is complied with. Accordingly, no further orders are required as the said Order dated 22nd March 2024 specifically records that as far as the merits are concerned, the Bail Application is withdrawn. 2.

However, as the stage of trial is the recording of Section 313 statement, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the sessions case expeditiously.
