Learned Counsel for the Petitioners invited our attention to the proposal dated 28th October, 2024 which is submitted by the Management to the Respondent No.2 - Director of Education seeking approval to the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from Unaided College of Petitioner No.2 to Aided Secondary School.

There is no action taken on the said proposal dated 28th October, 2024 and necessary directions are required to be issued. The Respondent No.2 to forward the proposal to Respondent No.4 expeditiously, if not already forwarded. The Respondent No.4/ Competent Authority, is directed to decide the proposal dated 28th October, 2024, which is at page 27 of the paper book, for approval to
