Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the proposal dated 10th July 2023 which is submitted by the Management to the Respondent No.2 - Director of Education for a decision on the proposal.

The Management had submitted the proposal to the Respondent No.2 seeking approval to the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from Unaided College of Petitioner No.2 to Aided Secondary School. The said proposal is dated 10th July 2023 which is still pending. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

The Respondent No.2 to forward the proposal to Respondent No.4 expeditiously, if not already forwarded. The Respondent No.4 or any of the competent authority, is directed to decide the proposal dated 10th July 2023, which is at page 19 of the paper book, for approval to the transfer of the Petitioner No.1 from the Unaided College of Petitioner No.2 to Aided Secondary School expeditiously and in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.
