The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the Revision Application which is pending before the State Government is directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. The Learned AGP states that the period of three months be granted for disposal of the Revision Application.

Having regard to the statement made by the Learned AGP, the Revisionary Authority is directed to hear and decide the Revision Application No.4708 of 2014 latest by 30­9­2015. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
