By this application the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the civil application and seeks restoration of the second appeal which is dismissed in view of the conditional order dated 8th October, 2014, passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). Learned counsel for the applicant states that the objections shall be removed within one week from today. The statement is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c). The order dated 8th October, 2014 passed by the Registrar (JudicialII) is set aside on the condition that the applicant shall remove all the 1/2

It is made clear if all office objections are not removed within the aforesaid time, the order passed today granting condonation of delay and restoration of the second shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
