The above Civil Applications have been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 on record and for condonation of delay of 1 year and 70 days in filing the application. The reasons therefor are BGP.

Deshmukh has instructions to appear for the heirs who are the Respondent Nos.1A to 1D. The above Civil Application No.239 of 2015 was required to be filed as all the heirs were not part of the Civil Application No.604 of 2015. Hence, by accepting reasons mentioned in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.1 are allowed to be brought on record.
