Learned Counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks leave to amend the petition to bring subsequent events on record. He has placed on record draft amendment. The petitioner is allowed to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Copy of the amended petition be served on the respondents. After service of the amended petition, within two weeks the respondents to file affidavit-inreply. 4.
