By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following substantive reliefs;
"b) By a suitable Writ, Order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 5Education Oicer to decide the proposal sent by the Respondent No.6-Educational Institution and Head Master of the Respondent No. 7 - Secondary School for individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Junior Clerk at Respondent No. 7-Secondary School with efect from 2-5-2014 and also as permanent Junior Clerk w.e.f. 3-5-2017 in regular pay-scale on account of completion of probationary period of three years under Shikshan Sevak scheme within the stipulated period which this SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.11.26 10:35:13 +0530

(c) By a suitable Writ, Order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4Deputy Director to allot Shlarth ID to the Petitioner and permit the Respondent No.5-Education to include the name of the Petitioner in Shlarth Pranali for online payment of salary".

Prayers made by the petitioner are reasonable and accordingly, respondent No.5 - The Education Oicer is directed to decide the proposal - subject matter of prayer clause (b) within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. Deiciencies, if any, be communicated to the Management and the Management to remove the deiciencies within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the deiciencies. 3.
If an individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of "Junior Clerk" is granted, Shalarth ID be issued in favour of the petitioner.
