This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in C.R. No. 484 of 2021 registered at Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 3.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent / State. 4.

The learned APP appearing for the respondent/ State, on instructions, submits that the present applicants are made Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

2/2 3-aba-2980-22.doc accused in the crime in question. The learned APP submits that the applicants have not approached the Sessions Court and have approached directly to this Court. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application was directly fled before this court as applicants were not made accused. It is submitted that the applicants be permitted to approach the Sessions Court, however, the interim protection granted by this Court on 20 October 2022 be continued for a period of one week. 5.

Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to approach Session Court.

The interim protection granted by this Court on 20 October 2022 shall continue to operate for a period of one week from today.

Needless to mention that the learned Sessions Court shall decide the application on its own merits and in accordance with law.
