504-WP-4206-2022.doc A praecipe has been filed by the learned A.P.P for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 17.01.023. She submits that in the aforesaid order, it is stated in para 1 line No.5 that 'A' Summary Report is filed against the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4206/2022, whereas, it not `A' Summary Report but a 169 report. Hence, the relevant portion in para 1 be corrected to read as under : "1.

Learned APP, on instructions of PSI - P. K. Kanhare, Vita Police Station, Sangli, who is present in Court, states that the police will be filing a 169 report in C.R. No.477 of 2022, registered with the Vita Police Station, Sangli, against the petitioners in both the petitions. Learned APP has tendered a report of the Superintendent of Police, Sangli, dated 12th January 2023, evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record."
