It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the respondents are not registering the FIR though cognizable ofence is made out.

Our attention is invited to one of the representation at page150 dated 16th May 2025, addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Satara.

Learned APP, on instructions submitted that the preliminary inquiry is ongoing in the complaint made by the Petitioner. It is submitted that based on the report of the preliminary inquiry, appropriate steps will be taken on the representation which has been made by the Petitioner for registration of FIR. ZIP

As the respondents are looking into the matter and the preliminary inquiry is ongoing, we direct the preliminary inquiry to be concluded at the earliest and appropriate action be taken, in any case, within a period of six seeks from today.
