The Petitioner by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is challenging the ward formation published by the Respondent No.3 by deleting the name of village Suryachiwadi from electoral college of Nimsod and including it in electoral college of Katar Khatav.

It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that guidelines issued by the State Government for ward formation are not correctly followed. It is further submission of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that only due to political pressure from local politicians, the ward formation has been done overlooking the ground realities, which Patil-SR 1 of

904 wp 11237-25.doc suits the convenience of some politicians. It is submitted that the objections raised by the Petitioner are not properly considered and in fact there is National Highway passing from the eastern side of the village, which fact has not been taken into consideration. 4.

Learned AGP, on the other hand, invited our attention to the objections raised by the Petitioner to ward formation and decision given thereon by the Collector and Commissioner after due hearing. 5.

In similar petitions, namely, Writ Petition No. 11127 of 2025 and connected matters, we have declined to interfere in exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. For the same reasons, even the present petition is dismissed. 6.

Liberty to the Petitioner to ile election petition after elections are over.
