Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner- employee, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.6 and 7- Management and the learned AGP.

The relief sought by the Petitioner is to direct Respondent No.5- Eduction Officer to decide the proposal submitted by Respondent Nos.6 and 7 for approval of appointment of the Petitioner as Laboratory Assistant. The learned AGP states that it is correct that the proposal is submitted, however, papers are not traceable in the office and, therefore, there was a delay. The learned counsel for the Respondent- Management submits that
skn 2 53-WP-5015.2023.doc additional copies of the proposal and papers would be submitted to the Education Officer within a period of two weeks. Thereafter let the decision be taken as per the law after scrutinizing all aspects and considering the decision of this Court, if cited, in light of the directions issued in the decision of this Court in the case of Shri Nitin Bhika Tadge and others v. The State of Maharashtra1, within a period of eight weeks from the date copies are furnished by the Respondent- Management, subject to earlier time-bound directions. If the approval is granted, all consequential actions be taken. 3.
