We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

We find that the Education Officer (Secondary) has forwarded the proposal to the Deputy Director of Education Pune on 22nd December, 2023 which is at page 38 of the Petition.

The Education Officer (Secondary) has recommended the Petitioner's name to be included in the Shalarth ID. The said proposal is not yet decided. The Deputy Director of Education is requested to take Shubham Talle 1 of
