This is an application for condonation of delay of 73 days caused in iling the appeal.

Learned Counsel for Respondents vehemently opposed the application. He submits that application does not disclose suicient cause for condonation of delay and explanation furnished is frivolous and deserves to be rejected.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are satisied that delay is unintentional and in the light of oral submissions made by learned Counsel for the Applicant, this is a it case where delay of 73 days deserves to be condoned. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
