1] This is an application for modification of condition No.3 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 12th June 2018. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to reside in the village Kurul till the conclusion of the trial. 2] The record indicates that, the offence lodged against the applicant is under section 307 and other related sections of the Indian Penal Code. This Court after taking into consideration the attending circumstances, has passed the said Order and imposed the aforestated condition upon the applicant.
