The petitioner seeks a limited relief of direction to the respondent no.5 - Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 25th March 2025 sent by the Management for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Laboratory Assistant. 3.

Considering the limited relief which is sought in the present case, Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

13-11300-2025-CWP=.doc the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 - Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 25th March 2025. The Education Officer to decide the proposal expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from today.

In event, the approval is granted by the respondent no.5 - Education Officer, Shalarth ID to be issued to the petitioner by respondent no.4 expeditiously.
