The present appeal from order takes exception to order dated 13th July 2017 passed by learned District Judge, Karad below Exhibit 7 in Regular Civil Appeal No.21 of 2015, by which stay was granted to decree passed by trial Court. The record indicates that Regular Civil Appeal No.21 of 2015 has been withdrawn by Appellant and same has been dismissed as withdrawn.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this Appeal from Order and the same is disposed of accordingly.
