Heard Mr. Pai, learned Counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Ganbavale, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr. Deokar, for respondent No.4. 2.

Mr. Ganbavale, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 opposed the petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that conditional/provisional renewal of the existing Hospital Registration Certificate of the petitioners was granted on the basis of undertaking dated 2nd July, 2025 by respondent No.4 - Zilla Parishad, Satara. An extension of some time is requested. Learned Counsel submits that construction has substantially progressed and the building is compliant in all respects. It is submitted that, in any case, by 31st December, 2025, entire building will be fire compliant and ready for the purpose of hospital registration certificate. Statement, on instructions, of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is recorded as an Undertaking to this Court. Also an Undertaking to that effect be filed by 3rd November, 2025. The petition is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (e) subject to the filing of the undertaking. 5.

We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.1 to permit the petitioners to effectively participate in the admission process of BAMS course for the Academic Year 2025 -2026 under the said Notice No.13 dated 26th August, 2025. The students who are admitted shall be informed of this order.
