By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) that the applicant shall report the Sangli Rural Police Station once in every week on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order.
