Whether the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 can claim to be the Secretary General and the President respectively of the Respondent No. 6 is an issue which will be admittedly decided in the pending Change Report. Therefore, no case is made out for entertaining this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
