The petitioner seeks limited relief of directions to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider and grant approval for upgradation of the Petitioner as 'Full time Teacher' in the event a proposal is submitted to the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Kalel, learned AGP on behalf of the Respondents and Mr. Kulkarni for Respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 submits that the Management will be submitting proposal to the Respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary) within a period of 4 weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 4.

After receipt of the proposal, the Respondent No.3 - Education Officer to process the proposal seeking benefit of Government Resolution dated 17th May 2017. The competent authority shall take a decision on the proposal within 8 weeks from the date of receiving the proposal. The proposal to be processed expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
