By this petition, petitioner challenges the legality and validity of order dated 11th September 2025 passed below Exhibit 77 by the learned Adhoc Dist. Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No. 357 of 2019 whereby the application filed by the petitioner for seeking permission to travel abroad i.e. to Malaysia on 16th September 2025 and return on 20th September 2025 has been rejected. 1/3

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is felicitation of the petitioner at Malaysia. Hence, petitioner wants to go to Malaysia during 17th September 2025 to 20th September 2025, but the learned Sessions Judge has not considered this fact and rejected the application. He seeks permission to travel abroad i.e. Malaysia from 16th September 2025 to 20th September 2025 and requested to allow the petition.

It is the contention of learned APP that no travel itinerary was produced before the Sessions Court. No invitation and felicitation card is produced on record. The learned Sessions Judge has passed a well reasoned order and no interference is required in it. Hence, requested to reject the petition. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel, perused the impugned order. The documents produced on record shows that petitioner intends to travel to Malaysia During 16th September 2025 to 20th September 2025. He will be returning on 20th September 2025 to India.

Considering these facts, I pass following order: 2/3

O R D E R

I.

Petition is allowed.

II.

The order dated 11th September 2025 passed below Exhibit 77 by the learned Adhoc Dist. Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No. 357 of 2019 is quashed and set aside.

III.

Petitioner is permitted to travel abroad i.e. Malaysia during the period from 16th September 2025 to 20th September 2025.

IV.

Petitioner shall take permission of the Sessions Court, if he intends to travel abroad in future.

V.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. 7.
