By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner is, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby to direct the Respondent No.1 Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, State of Maharashtra to hear and decide the RTS Revision Application No. 10568 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible on its own merits." 2.

Respondent No. 1 - Minister for Revenue, State of Maharashtra shall hear and decide RTS Revision Application No. 10568 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from today. Before passing the order, he shall hear all the concerned parties and after considering their oral as well as written submissions if any, pass his speaking order. The Minister shall not grant adjournment to any party unless absolutely necessary.
