Considering the nature of the reliefs sought, in our opinion, notice on the Respondent Nos.5 & 6-Management & School, may not be necessary.

We accordingly direct the Respondent No.5-Management to forthwith submit the proposal for pensionary and retirement benefit of the Petitioner, having regard to the service rendered by him with the Respondent No.5-Management.

Such a proposal be submitted within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Upon submission of such proposal, the Respondent No.4-Education Officer to process the proposal expeditiously and the concerned Authorities are directed to take such proposal to its logical conclusion within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.
