DATE : JANUARY 28, 2019 P.C.:­ Perused the affidavit dated January 27, 2019 filed by the applicant which is an undertaking that the vehicle which is owned by the applicant will not be used again in similar type of offence. The affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification and contents thereof will operate as an undertaking of the present applicant.

In view thereof, ad­interim protection ordered by this Court on October 1, 2018 stands confirmed.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer on

2 5) aba2017-18.doc 4th, 7th, 11th and 18th February, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed; 4.

Needless to clarify that if the vehicle is found to be involved in similar type of offence, it shall be open for the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail, in addition to initiating contempt proceedings against the applicant. 5.
