The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 26th June 2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Director of Marketing, Maharashtra State in pending Appeal filed under Section 43 of Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.

Perusal of order shows that during the pendency of Appeal, interim stay was granted to order passed by Market Committee on 12th February 2024. The Appeal is still pending for consideration before Director.

In that view of matter, present Writ Petitioner can be disposed of by innocuous order thereby directing to Respondent No.2 to adjudicate and dispose of Appeal No.l6 of 2025 expeditiously. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide pending appeal within a period of three months.

Parties are directed to appear before Director on 4th November 2025.
