It is really shocking that though the applicant is detained for last 6 years, charge is not framed in the matter. 2.

In the aforesaid background, Special Court taking up the MCOCA matters is directed to frame charges expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from today and submit compliance report to this Court.

Once the charge is framed, the applicant shall be at liberty to renew his request for grant of bail.

The application stands dispose of.
