The petitions are filed for quashing and setting-aside FIR bearing C.R.No.104 of 2010 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes the statement that the investigation having completed in the said crime, the charge-sheet is already filed. We are, therefore, not inclined to intervene in this petition as the petitioners have alternative efficacious remedy of filing an application for discharge. The petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.

Needless to say that in the event, the petitioners file an application for discharge before the trial Court, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously on its own merits and not influenced by this order.
