Pursuant to the order dated 12th June 2023, an undertaking is filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 that the construction will be carried out in accordance with the sanctioned plans and permission granted and that no equity will be claimed in event the share of the petitioners is finally determined by the trial Court in Special Civil Suit No. 210 of 2022.
