By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 253 days in filing the appeal. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the civil application. Objections to this civil application are mentioned in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent nos.1 & 2. There are hardly any objections in the civil application.

In my view, the civil application is sufficiently explained. The explanation for condonation of delay is accepted. The applicant has already deposited the entire decreetal amount before the trial Court. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
