It is stated that the Respondents are duly served. Save and except the State and Respondent No.2 - Committee, none are appearing on such notice being served privately. 2.
Affidavit of service be filed within one week from today. 3.
After this petition was placed before us and our attention was invited to the prayer clauses so also the urgency, we find that on 18th March,2016 the Committee has validated the caste claim of the Petitioner. This fact was ascertained by the learned AGP after she
PVR 2/2 901wp10765-15.doc summoned at our instance the original record of the Committee. The official of the second RespondentCommittee is present in Court. With the assistance of Advocates for both the sides, we have perused that minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 18th March,2016. On that date the Committee has passed the order validating the caste claim of the petitioner. In such circumstances, both the Registrar viz. Respondent No.3 and the Principal of the CollegeRespondent No.4 shall have to act in accordance with the order of the Committee.

The Petitioner's education shall be allowed to be continued provided she complies with the other Rules and Regulations. She shall also be allowed to appear for the examination and her results shall also be declared now as her caste claim has been validated.

For all these reasons, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending. It is disposed of.
